It’s always good to know what type of body wraps you are receiving. Always ask what ingredients your professional has because you may be allergic to something. Be aware!

One of my favorites is the seaweed wrap which contains ‘macro algae’. Its complex marine algae (includes sea salt, seaweed, amnion acids and vitamins) can also be used in food and medicine. It’s a healing alternative for both in and outside your body.

Whats awesome about the seaweed body wraps is that it helps boost your metabolism and enhances your skins health. This involves a full body application of the seaweed in a type of heating protocol to include foiled wrapping of some sort.

The heat and wrap joined together helps with aching bones, arthritis, joint pain, water retention, immune system, eliminates impurities, helps your metabolism, lowers blood pressure and softens the top layer of your skin. It’s also used to treat cellulite because of the increased blood flow to the skins surface. And, not only does it release all your bad toxins, it also gives you an AMAZING glow!

Body wraps range from $100 to $300 depending on the time spent during the treatment and what other services are added into it.

If you have never had a body wrap, you are missing something amazing!

My skin is super sensitive, I am not sure if this would be good for me but this blog is very cool.
