For as long as I can remember I have loved cooking! As a child I was often in the kitchen preparing meals for my family. There was never a question in my mind about what I wanted to be when I grew up. I knew I would be creating tasty beautiful food for great people. I have been blessed with a fulfilling culinary career as a private chef, caterer, restaurateur, and gourmet foods & wine marketplace proprietor.
My international travels and culinary adventures have allowed me to experience different cultures and foods and I am excited to bring these experiences to the Coachella Valley. Over the years I have embraced a cleaner and greener approach to my cooking and am proud to be able to share my love of organic, sustainable, locally sourced food with you.
